I like Booster Juice more than the competition but they never put any offers in the app and the recent app update added a tip option and they made the default tip option 15%! Don't trick your customers into tipping to subsidize your employees wages. Pay them a decent livable wage.

yeah I really love this. okay it asks for permission for this and that and everything else okay but did it tell me about super boost Monday? no it didn't and you know how I found out about it. I went into the app itself to figure out what's going on. I have not redeemed my coupon for a super booster for Monday. I tried looking at the menu and it said there's not a location in my area. my area is Hamilton so there is how many in Hamilton. there's quite a few like there's one in Eastgate Square

Locations do not turn off the app even if they are closed unexpectedly. My payment was processed and the location was closed for the next few days. Eventually my order was marked "complete" even though I had not been able to get my order (returned to the location multiple times). I submitted feedback forms and attempted to contact both the location, and head office, with no response to date. The company/app developer should provide an option for the location to turn off ordering in real time.
