This app doesn't seem to work at all. I go to book a service and it prompts me to enter my organization name so I do and I just keep getting server error. I also clicked sign in (not realizing it was already signed into my account) and it just kept saying invalid password or user email. Yet I was already logged in. I clicked reset password before realizing that I was already in my account, and still haven't received a link to reset my password. What is the point of this app if it doesn't work!

Wish I could give 0 stars. I filled out the login information, and was struggling with an "invalid email" message for over 10 minutes. I finally got to the chat icon and got an automated message immediately after trying to start the chat, saying I had to login to their website to chat with a counselor. All this trouble just to get told you can't use this app to contact anyone? What's the point of an app you can't use? Frustrating and not user friendly whatsoever.

App keeps crashing for me when I'm trying to speak with a counselor app closes itself 10 times in a row even during mid conversation. That is unacceptable what if I was suicidal when trying to reach someone and started self harming then what? I'm just trying to improve my mental health. The way this application has been performing has been needless to say less than satisfying or helpful. In my effort to improve myself as a person mentally.
