The custard is fantastic! However, I got a new phone and transferred all my apps over. Login info needed to get into the app. Says my information is incorrect. I attempt to use password reset, but I am given the error message that my email doesn't exist. OK, so I go through the sign up process...get a message saying there is already an account with my email (the one that didn't exist). I don't know what to do!?

Great service all the time at my usual location & great frozen custard as well! I'm only giving the 3 stars because of how terrible the app acts. Whenever I open the app & use it, browse through, it is constantly lagging no matter how great my end of the connection is working. It gets overwhelming w/ how much it lags, I would love to be able to browse through the app quickly within a click, but it's impossible to do so. Please fix these problems & update the app for better, faster, & easier use.

Don't download! This is a very confusing app and works like no other rewards app I have. When you reach out to find out if they can help refund remaining funds because you don't want to use the app anymore, they tell you that you have to dispute the charge with your bank. I have missing points, doesn't show all of my funds that are there and I didn't get the free reward they promise for using the app.
