regularly logs you out so you don't get your slices and despite now having 15 slices every time I try to redeem then the payment fails. remove the free stuff and it works fine. I emailed about the issue and was told its fine because I still have them. no its not fine. I cant use them. rewards system is a scam and I miss so many slices because I get logged out and don't get told to log in because it doesn't look any different

After navigating through the various "deals" that just bring everything back down to an tolerable price, I get a message saying "The Hut Store is not accepting delivery orders". At 7pm on a Saturday. Option to "try another store" - there are none. And then I get an email reminding me that I have items in my basket that I haven't checked out yet. I would if I could! Arguably the best takeaway pizza but still the worst customer experience. Ordered elsewhere in the end.

Honestly one of the least responsive or intuitive food delivery apps I've used. Make an account, no problem. Verify email? That took WAAAY too long to do. Add items to your basket? no, instead spend 10 minutes loading and have to reload the app several times. Try and place an order? We'll auto complete your information and then not let you check out until you manually delete the auto filled information and add it back in again manually. Did I mention I had to reload it 3 times throughout?
