Ratings and reviews

I've used Plowz & Mowz a few times for snow removal and every time they come in a timely manner and do an excellent job. Prices are high but I'm guessing it's because of the last minute requests. I get notifications when the job is requested, accepted, someone is on the way, and job is completed (along with a picture). The app is extremely user friendly. I definitely recommend 👌

Absolute trash. Scheduled 2 separate snow removal services because the first one never happened. The first one didn't show up and I ended up cancelling the second as well. Customer service is outsourced to India and they wouldn't entertain a discount or a refund, just "oops sorry, we'll get them there at some point". I waited almost 48 hours and no one showed up. They allow anyone who "accepts" the job to go for it. Second one even gave an ETA which was a no show 5 hours later. They gave me nothing except "sorry". I never write bad reviews, but this place is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I can't emphasize enough, DO NOT DO BUISINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Cannot recommend this service. They are very overpriced, which I can accept because they have always been very convenient. However, the last few times I have used them, their affiliates have either done a poor job or taken a very long time to complete service. Recently during a heavy snow, I waited more than 24 hour for a plow. I finally had to shovel 14" of snow myself in order to get to work. You are better off using other apps to find help.
