Ratings and reviews

Some features are not working well. There are instances when the app keeps closing while waiting for the OTP (Money Transfer). So by the time you receive the OTP, it doesn't work anymore because it gets redirected to Home. Same goes with UITF redemption which I reported last year since my money 's not growing. I had no choice but to keep the funds and lose more as they couldn't solve the issue.

The app keeps on crashing! Last October 2025 I was able to log into my account despite the fact that the app keeps on crashing. This time, I can't log in to my account. It keep on showing the message "Ooops you can log in to this app using this device." I already uninstalled and installed the app. Now it tells me that I entered the wrong information!😤

The app keeps on crashing and closing when I try to login. After 2-3 weeks, the same scenario. Useless app, plus you can't check your account anymore through web browser. Hey, wake up people! When do you plan to fix this? Totally disappointed 😞😤😡 Follow up review: Still have the same issue for almost 2 years. Useless app updates every now and then.
