This app is awful. If you are relying on this for viewing your bank statement, balancing your account, keeping up with automatic drafts, deposits, possible fraudulent activity, etc..you will be disappointed! It's been nearly two weeks since I have been able to log on. While the customer service rep was courteous and offered to confirm balance and transactions on my account and gave a follow up call on Christmas eve, still I am not able to log into my acct. Wish I hadn't gone paperless!

it's been 3 days and the same amount is shown, yet my card says declined. it won't update the balance. 3 days people

I have had zero issues with South Side Bank, but the app is completely different story. The app while reasonably simple enough to navigate and use, is constantly broke, being updated and has developed a bad habit of locking me out, a problem that is resolved by calling the bank or by calling tech support...which is closed on the weekends...tell me what is the point of having an after hours tech support team when they arent open when the bank isnt open
