Worst bank and worst banking app I've ever experienced. Lack of information, lack of features. If you want to get anything done you'll have to phone it in to a branch and be on hold for 20 minutes. I have given up trying to pay online and ended up driving over to a branch and physically writing them a check. The vibes from this bank is they will make it difficult to pay your bills in the hopes they can collect late fees. Apparently this bank keeps changing their name..that's never a good sign.

Grrrrrrrrr still can't use the app!!!! Please fix this!!!! I can't even get the app to open... says my connection is slow and just turns and turns and turns... i can open all my other apps. So I'm going to assume it's not really my connection 🤷‍♀️ Now it opens and i just get a black screen ugh

Crashes when the app requests camera permissions and I tap "only this time" (this is new to Android 11). I also had to reinstall the app to use mobile deposit after the crash - the button doesn't respond. Android 11 Developer Preview was released 16 months ago. Get your act together.
