Well, 2 months now that I cant login to the app, saying "problem on our end". Cant use biometrics and when I go to sign in with password it just brings up a blank screen. Cleared cache, uninstall and reinstall app, same problem. There was NO problem with the app as it was prior, in fact it was great, you just purposely outmoded anyone not using the latest android. 👎

I don't know how this app has high ratings. They must come from fake user bots. The app has selected a ridiculously high dollar amount for my loan request, void of any reality, and I can't change that amount or delete the request. The contact us doesn't work, they're having technical difficulties. Great. Once I get this straightened out, I'm cancelling everything to do with my account and going to my credit union like I should have from the start.

Random survey after making payment. The app works great, but after making a payment sometimes Rocket Mortgage forces you to do a random BS survey. I JUST WANT TO MAKE A PAYMENT! What's worse is twice now when the stupid survey pops up I don't get a clarification that my payment was accepted. So I make a second payment for the same month and pay out two months of mortgage payments leading to overdraft charges from my bank. Your app works great until you make people do a survey!!!!!!!! STOP!!!!!!

What's new

​We've made more design updates to match the standards of our Rocket Design System. This will be an ongoing effort as we create a seamless experience across the entire app.
Clients with loans transferred to Rocket Mortgage will be shown when they can start using the app to make payments and other servicing-related actions. They'll also see a link to learn more about their loan transfer.
