Disappointed. Very bad customer service. I had recently ordered a maxi dress. Instead of my order, received a polo shirt that too looked like used one. There was no tag. On requesting for refund of wrong order shipment. It was rejected saying product doesn't match description. The reason for returning the product is same, then how would it match. Also other produts had quality issues. Faced return issue with other products as well causing loss of money

I recently ordered from AJIO, and I’m thoroughly disappointed. First off, their non-refundable convenience fee is absolutely ridiculous! It feels like a hidden charge that they impose for no good reason. To make matters worse, their return system is a nightmare. I had to initiate a return for an item, and the pickup service was a disaster. The pickup was scheduled but took forever—over a month! I felt like I was just waiting in limbo, and there was zero communication from customer service.

I don't know who have designed this app. The overall experience with the Ajio app has been quite frustrating. The app is not smooth and often lags while scrolling, making it feel slow and unresponsive. It takes a significant amount of time to load pages, which ruins the browsing experience. The performance needs improvement, as navigating through the app is sluggish. In today's fast-paced world, a seamless and fast app is essential for a good shopping experience.
