App is mediocre at its best. It does the job, but the user experience is terrible. The app is very laggy and gives you the feeling something has gone wrong, is going wrong, or will go wrong. Also, most important of all, why on earth does it not have a refresh option?! Either by dragging the screen down or by pressing a dedicated button. Currently, to observe any new changes on balances or transactions, you need to log out and back in again! This is primitive!

App is very outdated, slow and buggy compared to other apps in thr region and other GCC countries. Takes up to 5 minutes to sign in and then the app isn't always updated to show latest (3 days pass and doesn't show the actual amount in my account or the recent transactions). Also very difficult to navigate through the app and a pain when making local transfers.

Pathetic services for some last 2 to 3 years by the bank, in the ivr there is no option to talk to agent and in a menu the self service systems are mostly not completing the operations due to technical difficulties. Their management trying to report good numbers will be putting great csat scores by faking the numbers or giving strange reasons to ceo but in actual you are stuck with their bad services. When one tries to login through laptop the slow login process makes 10 minutes task 40 minute
