Even if food is destroyed during delivery and multiple items missing, Keeta will refuse to refund and force you to pay full price. These people are scammers. They will also make finding a customer service representative almost impossible, as it can't be found in the menus. And when you find one, they will just talk down to you in a condescending manner and refuse to help.

After having repeated terrible experiences with Foodpanda where food would get canceled after 1 hour wait and Zero ownership taken, Keeta has been very refreshing for the following reasons : 1. There is a clear and established penalty for any delayed delivery. I have ordered twice now and the food was surprisingly delivered fast. 2. There are lots of options for free delivery without having to pay to monthly fees, which is great if you're ordering for yourself and want to keep it within budget.
