Getting very frustrated when I cannot redeem my points at POS. I'm told my setting need to be saying earm only. However EVERY time I check, it says earn and redeem. So I look stupid to the cashiers and I get frustrated. Not at them but at this app! This was fine for years and only in the past 6 months has this been an issue. I only use my points when I absolutely need them. I end up needing to void the whole purchase and use my physical card. Which it upsetting and frustrating for everyone.

It tracks the points just fine. I haven't tried redeeming any yet, so we will see how that goes. My issue is that the app shows me offers that are only available at a certain location. I received an email to advise me of sales. When I went to the store to pick them up, I was told that it was not valid at that location. I am not able to change the preferred location in the app to see sales at other locations. Why do they offer sales that are valid in one location but not others. Frustrating!

The Flyers are too small to look at on the app. You're not allowed to turn your phone to view the app on the horizontal access because it automatically brings up the scanning barcode. Please give the option to remove this pop-up of the barcode so that the Flyers can be viewed in a larger screen horizontally.
