Nice idea. Values days old though. Recently values are totally cock eyed. New problem - it double counts. Can't manage basic arithmetic. Months later. Still not fixed. Part 2. After fixing it to s degree, it's once again totally off the mark. You add amounts IN TWO PLACES. Meantime another amount is still wrong after all these months. This app fails in the most fundamental way. It cannot add. It cannot retrieve the correct amounts. I am worrying about the confidentiality of my information.

Has the potential of being a great app, but they lack the resources to fix problems on time and with urgency. Evidently not an app which which is critical to Standard Bank. Judging by similar reviews, my experience is not isolated. I've logged a support call over a month ago, and still waiting for a solution. I appreciate that this app requires complex integration with 3rd party back ends , nonetheless if these systems don't talk, then the app loses appeal. Bad CX unfortunately.

The concept it great and it would be wonderful if it worked accurately but a lot of work needs to be done before it would be useful. It shouldn't really be offered until it works properly! Information retreived is incorrectly categorised between onshore and offshore, some USD values are shown as Rand, difficult/impossible to edit information, I could go on.
