The latest update broke the app. I'm an NRI customer and relied on this for OTP. I tried most of the common solutions uninstall/reinstall, clear cache and data but it's all fruitless. It's just frozen at the launch screen. Update: Mail sent but no response. I'm not very hopeful had SBI cared about customers they would have fixed it within a few days. This is almost a month now very disappointed.

I am one of the thousands of users who has been let down by the latest version of the app. I am not sure when the issue will be fixed. I have sent 2 or 3 emails to the ID mentioned by the support team of SBI but no one has responded. Do you guys only respond to these comments to never follow up? I am on Samsung s10e. If you can't fix such a major issue for more than month, then roll back to previous working version of the app.

Like everyone else, this update again broke this app. Now it says my phone is no longer registered and the registration is not working. Hope it doesn't take 2 months again to get this fixed. Like most users noted, the app is frozen as soon as you open it rendering it totally useless. I cannot believe this has been like this for 2 months now!
