Whenever I went to buy tickets for a game, I went through all of the purchasing stuff, but when I hit checkout, it informed me that the tickets had already been sold and I needed to buy different ones, which I was totally fine with. But after buying the different tickets, it showed that I had also bought the ones I didnt buy because apparently they didn't exist. So now I had 2 extra tickets that I didnt want and there are ABSOLUTELY 0 refunds even if there was a system error, which is stupid.

Had a good experience till I was told I couldn't list a ticket for sale below a certain price. there is zero reason I should be restricted from selling MY ticket for whatever price I want, esp with the fees attached to them. You get your money either way so let me sell for what I want unless you are gonna buy them back at minimum cost. no matter when I list them. Would use another service if available

HORRIBLE 1. They had issues verifying 3 different payment methods somehow? 2. When I FINALLY got a payment method to work, I went into my settings and made absolutely sure that my card had been added to my account and verified. Despite this, it STILL got declined during checkout, and asked for a verification of the CVC with nowhere to type it in? AGAIN, IT WAS ALREADY VERIFIED. 3. IMPOSSIBLE to get into contact with a real person to help resolve issues. you are instead talked to by a bot
