I had a little bit of trouble when I ordered a mini sub first and was offered to redeem points on it. I wanted to add 2 more sandwiches but could not get back to that screen. I had to cancel the order, select the 3 sandwiches, then redeem the points at check out. It just caused some frustration trying to get the first order to work. You should ask if you want to add anything or wait until checkout to offer points redemption.

App is garbage. I've been a shore points member for years. I've tried signing up for the app several times throughout the years and it always says there's an error and to contact customer service. I fill out the customer service info and get an email that says it doesn't pertain to the department my email is sent to.

It's somewhat easy to use. Fast page load when switching menus. I wish I could've ordered the new chix salad sandwich. The app showed the special on the 1st page that pops up when launching the app. It was not on any of the options, cold and hot sandwiches. A value box for 1 person under the catering menu was in an unexpected location, too. I could call the physical location next time to get the item on special. Just a couple of observations. YOUR SUBS ARE GREAT!
