The app itself is put together very well, BUT how it interacts with orders isn't the best. If I place an order and show early via drive thru, they won't prep it early (even if I am the only one there). It would be quicker for me to order when I am there. There should be an option for drive thru and in-store, so that if you go in the drive thru, they will begin prepping when you pull to the speaker. Otherwise, it would be a good app for me.

Much improved! The app used to be a real pain to use, but they've got things running smoothly. Now it's a breeze to use. My only complaint is that when I order online for pick-up in store, it never shows my name on my phone screen when they ask me to confirm the order is mine. They keep having to find the order number and compare instead. Apparently, it doesn't happen with anyone else, just me. Doesn't happen on delivery orders though, just pickup orders. I'm just lucky I guess. 😂

Do not get this app if you're an employee. I've worked at Panda Express for over 3 years now and never had a problem up until recently. My spouse had difficulty getting the app working in the past so I installed it, and only ever used it for his purchases, which was often first thing during my shift. This past week, the "risk review team" decided that my activity was suspicious and completely wiped everything from my account, and have not given me any chance to prove I wasn't using it wrongly.
