Ratings and reviews

The app wouldn't let me click the Checkout button to submit an order if I typed anything into the Special Notes blank of the form. They always send me lots of utensil packets even though I don't check that checkbox, so I had "NO utensils - I have plenty!" in the Special Notes blank. Completely deleting everything from that form field turned the Checkout button red so I could tap it.

My experience with this app does not seem to match everyone else's. It was extremely laggy and just difficult to use. I would press an option and pull my hand back to ensure I had only tapped once and several seconds later the selection would be registered. Over and over. Not sure how other people's experiences are so different. It's bad enough that I would very close to just moving on to another restaurant, but stuck with it simply because I wanted the food, not because the app was good.

App used to be really good and useful. Now there are NO DEALS and if you want one they make you play a game for 1 deal to choose from (& only on Wednesdays by the way, so 1 deal per WEEK). Then if you want to redeem points from your receipt you now have to enter the store number, order total, order #, order date when previously all you had to do was enter the code at the bottom. This app is only good for keeping track of points but if you're not a frequent goer it is not worth it at all.
