It took me awhile to figure out how to pay for parking at the parking lot. Because I didn't complete the payment within their 10 minute limit, I received a $120 violation notice. I disputed the charge, and fortunately they agreed it wasn't reasonable so the charge was voided. The communication with customer support by email was easy and their response was quick (and fair). I will use their parking lot again.

When it works... Works well. Seems to be best for short-term parking. I tried to get for longer term parking using the flexible passes. Though it seemed each was good for 24h,they "expired" after 12. Very confusing time trying to get out of parking lot... No one answered any phone #'s. No email response. Recommend for short parking for a few hours since you can save a few $' s. Be careful with flexible packs for longer stays. Also, kept intermittently crashing...

The app itself is great and easy to use. Unfortunately myself and several of my coworkers cannot use it to get out of our parking structure on a daily basis. The reader doesn't work with the app and we have to call to get assistance to get out of our structure.
