Customer service is getting better again. A bit slow to respond to emails for support sometimes. For now, if you have an issue, you'll need to be patient. (2) Only one "time limited" option for Providers which costs $25 initially and 30% of your future profits. How about more options other than the one that is suppose to make it look like a promotion. Please note that we are answering as fast as possible and apologize for the delay. I see that all of your emails have been answered accordingly. As of now, we do not have other offerings for providers, I will pass this as a suggestion to the management team. To remove provider accounts, just contact us via email and we will remove them.

Pathetic customer support. My account is disconnected since 2 days. Inspite of several emails to customer services they haven't responded. There were trades in the system which couldn't auto close due to disconnection. You can think of the risks. It's still disconnected and neither the app allows to add new accounts. It throws a weird incorrect password error even though the same I'd and password works fine in MT4 and across other platforms.

 Latest update as of Aug 18, 2021: Re-installed app but app can't load. App is non-functional. Great app to find the best signals suited for your forex account. But recently, app keeps crashing. Have to reinstall app once or twice daily to get it working again. Re-installing app still keep all your login and saved preferences intact.
