For your sanity do not sign up with them. I tried to sign up but never received my SIM card. Customer service is done via zenmo chat and it timed out on me about 10 times and I really wish I was exaggerating. The system somehow lost my order, port in details, email, and the agents refused to provide me a confirmation of the failed order except via chat. I hope my number doesn't suddenly port out of the blue and I lose my number.

Funnily enough, the app cannot work on its own data roaming. It couldn't load, and when it finally did after 10 minutes, it kicked me out and forced me to wait another 10 minutes. 10 gb in SEA is OK though, earning this app 3 stars.

The app always takes forever to load. And if u want to top up last min is difficult. How to top up if the app can't open? The app need data to open somemore 😂Customer service is via zenmo and uses a ticket, you can't really solve issues instantly.
