slow customer service support. Waited the entire afternoon without anyone attending to me. Would greatly improve if there was a dedicated section for prompt customer assistance. Issues that take only 10 minutes to resolve shouldn't require a whole day's wait and tell me to contact them later since theres technical difficulties. The data bank limits also ridiculous where it only benefits the 5g user. Only maximum 100gb into the databank, only can redeem 1 item for the 4g users

I keep encountering issues with the GOMO service and when I try to get help via the Zenmo chat (customer service), the service becomes unavailable due to bad internet connection. Worse, you can't access the GOMO app using wifi connection 🙄 so when you encounter problems, you have almost no access to the GOMO team to get help. If only I could paste a screenshot to show everyone. 😡

worst telco ever. renewed plan with promotion and even received email telling me about the new plan but then when the actual renewal comes, there is no promotional benefits at all. tried contacting customer service but there is no number to call, live agent sucks so bad, app cant even send image despite having an attachment feature. overall 0/100
