The latest UI update is a tragedy. 1 step forward but 2 steps back, updated the app and I can no longer see my roaming usage. So how am I supposed to know if I still have data and how much have I used? It's the typical story of dumbing things down while removing useful and practical features and yet adding more ads. Whoever who approved this update should reassess the purpose of this app and whether it's a marketing tool or a companion app for users. A total embarrassment from a large telco.

someone vibe coded the roaming destination drop-down box. I can't scroll down past Azerbaijan so I can't select the country I want to buy a roaming plan for. . Edit: to get around this, select destination first from 'where are you headed' in the roaming main page, then select plan. the country will be automatically selected in the destination drop down selector in the plan selection page

horrible registration process for esim. after struggling to go trough the verification process (which they did not announce prior ro buying the esim) for which you need your physical passport otherwise you can't continue i had to wait until I was back to the hotel, lost a whole day of service then finally had my passport in hand to complete the process then got an error message. I wish I had just use my usual Airalo or Roamless
