Data Roaming automatically enabled (maybe after an app update), even though I have had it disabled for months, if not years. Thus, I was charged roaming fees, although I did manage to get this waived. I travel once a month and always with the same setup, so it couldn't have been that I had forgotten to disable it. Had to message them through the messaging feature in the app but it does not load 90% of the time. a lot if time and effort just to geta few messages across.

I paid my bill but it failed with an error message. Tried again, same problem. On the third attempt, it worked. Then three payment receipts arrived in my inbox, indicating all three charges went through. This is a new record, as normally I only double pay due to failed payments. The chatbot experience is also clunky and unhelpful. Assistance is much better sought via the Singtel website. In short, it's an awful app that is in dire need of a major update.

I re-contracted with Singtel on the second time, because my first time experience was very good. Recently in the past 2 months, my wifi speed is only 560mbps download and 939mbps upload. I do not download stuff except watching YouTube and games. I have 1 device connected, but the second is always off until I switch on. 1st contract I get 920mbps download, 980mbps upload on 1 Gbps plan. Now I am on 3Gbps, but it is slower.. Why, throttling my speed if I don't check every 2 days?
