Ratings and reviews

It's very basic. Hiccups here and there. Desperately needs features to call for help in the app. Older people can get to the app quicker/easier than the touchpad in case they need help. There is also no bill pay there. Come on, guys, catch up!

why is your app scanning my device?? this app is getting so unreliable. it fails yo connected 50% of the time even on home wifi

it was working fine until the latest update. now it doesn't even upload at all.
