I should have read the reviews before buying this deadbolt. The remote lock/unlock feature is nice. It's also the only feature I can use. Don't bother with calling, "Due to high call volumes" leave your name, number, and device name. No hours listed, no return call. Their lack of response to the multiple negative remarks is pretty telling.

Horrible product and customer service. 1st-I DO NOT recommend for apple users. I have an android and my husband has an iPhone. Much easier on an android. 2nd - we set custom times for checking in and out for our rental guests. We have 3 houses with same locks in the same app. All 3 have different times. Check in is at 4pm but the lock think it's 10 am and the codes won't work. Messaged to see how to sync and they suggested signing in and out of the app. Didn't work and no response after.

So far I have been trying to register an account for several hours. There is no confirmation code appearing by phone or email. If I try to resend after the count down, the app tells me "too many attempts" in too short a time and to try later. I was able to one step further via email, yet no confirmation email has come after over an hour. I am scared to continue with key codes since I am not receiving the confirmation. There is no info the app contact info. I may have to uninstall and return.
