Turbo E-bike Management: Manage your Turbo bike settings directly in the app.
• Register your bike directly in the app to activate the lifetime warranty and receive critical updates about your bike.
• Fine-tune your bike’s power delivery and battery output to support your riding style.
• Customize the stats and layout you see on the bike display.
• Deter bike theft with Turbo System Auto-Lock.* When activated, your system automatically locks when you power off your bike. The system will automatically unlock when you’re near your bike and power it on.

Ratings and reviews

I initially rated the new app as one star for releasing without features and integrations existing in the previous version. Those features have now been released, so I'm updating my rating. The app works mostly well, but often requires resetting my Bluetooth on my phone to connect. Additionally, the alarm feature on my bike does not work on the new app despite having updated my bike firmware at a dealer. Core features are working well.

This app would be great if it would connect to the bike without a strong data connection. With a strong data connection, the app connects to the bike allowing you to change settings, and records data from the bike like distance from the wheel sensors, your power output, assist levels, cadence and the like. It makes no sense that it need a data connection to connect to the bike via blue tooth. So it's kind of useless on any of the really good rides I want to do - which are off the grid.

This new app (black) is a monumental failure. It never connects when there is no cell service (where I ride often), rarely connects when there is service, and when it does randomly connect, with service, it may ask for a code from the manual that I definitely don't have on me when riding. I have noticed zero improvements in this app since downloading months ago. Why force us to beta test this miserable app when the old app (red) actually worked as expected. Fix it or bring back the red app.
