Preparing for trip but it won't load my trip details because I used an Alaska rewards numberor didn't use my COSMILE number. I used the same account to purchase but it can't find my flight details. App is a joke as much as it is useless!

The app can sometimes have difficulty launching especially after an android os update. Interface is pretty good, simple with expected features like reserving meals.

I haven't used this yet, a buddy of mine recommended it I am flying to Asia to visit my wife's family, the 3 stars is from the founder being the son of the founder of Eva Airlines and a buddy of mine recommending it will be updated to 5 stars once I use it, if all goes good, the rating is the reliable source, if technical issues my rating will move down or up depending on the situation.
