Problematic trading platform. The App cannot be accessed for 30 min during the market opening hours for 2 STRAIGHT DAYS, and yet they offer ZERO explanation about this and did not even acknowledge the error, acting like nothing happened. And worst of all, this is not the 1st time this happened! Stockbit, if you claim to be THE platform for serious trader then FIX your lousy server! As one of your user I am really disappointed in your service & I will move my account if this keeps happening.

The Customer Service team responded after approximately 20 hours for each message, and even then the replies were vague, inconsistent with the actual issue, and quite confusing. The application also occasionally encounters bugs, such as certain screens failing to load or unexpected errors appearing.
