HOW MUCH DO I ACTUALLY GET PAID?
The pay for standard next-day service is $.75/LB. of laundry completed plus tips. The pay for same-day service is $1.50/LB. of laundry completed plus tips. Our top Laundry Pros earn over $6000/month. The average for the top 100 Laundry Pros is about $2500/month. And many Laundry Pros gig part time and earn to save for a vacation, pay a particular bill, or contribute to a college fund.

There is a $15 minimum per order, so you'll always make at least $15 (plus tips) per order.

Ratings and reviews

This app has stopped working all of a sudden. Multiple times, I have contacted the concierge for assistance. They keep telling me I would get a response and resolution in 24hrs each time, and I never do. It's been 2 full months and still no assistance. I have tried all the tech troubleshooting they offer in the help section, still doesn't work.

I've been working on this app for a few months. you can make decent money. some clients are honest and then you have some that are not and it does go against you in the points system. Customer support is not very supportive of their LP's especially when a client makes a false review. CS will say they will investigate but they never get back to you and you will lose rank which means you will lose the access to the amount of orders you can take at once. I don't see myself staying on this app

Great for clients, lousy for pros Basically, if you're a client, your word is gold. As a pro, you cannot rate clients, which means you can get folks who smoke, have copious amounts of pet hair, etc. If the client rates you as "good," you are penalized (only outstanding is good to them). Most orders are <$30, yet they will only award pros points for tips over $15 - and who would leave that kind of tip?? Poplin doesn't care for their pros. Bottom line. It's a disappointment.
