Very disappointed with this app, whenever I tried to use it for reacharge purpose it doesn't works, it is very irritating, very disappointed. Team please fix this issue. I tried to add a channel to my monthly pack by selecting the add-on option and searching for a specific channel. However, while scrolling, the list suddenly disappeared, showing the message "No Data Found." Similarly, sometimes when I land on the payment page, the transaction gets canceled without any reason.

I have never dealt with an app this unreliable, especially in 2025 when digital services are expected to be smooth and user-friendly. The Sun Direct app feels completely outdated, like something from the 1990s era. It is plagued with bugs and errors: channels disappear, transactions often fail or get canceled for no reason, and basic functions like recharge and pack selection are nearly impossible to use. the app is having too much bug. there are lot options available in the app, but nothing is useful. even the customer care support number provided is not available. also, customer care support is worse. After recharging, also in between the validity period, the video is not available. today, 27/9/25, it is showing my mobile number is invalid. I couldn't even login with the smart card I'd also.
