I've been trying to reactivate a camera. Unfortunately, I've been unable to do so successfully. I tried calling into their customer service and sat through a looped phone recording for an hour and 22 minutes before I just hung up. Cameras are good, but without the support to go with it, they're worthless. Getting through to a person was why Tactacam was different, now they're just as bad as any other cell camera company. It tells you to use the chat, but then that's also not a real person!

how many paid feature tiers do you want me to sign up for? There is an extra paid tier to take pictures on demand, for hd photos and for color photos at night. I'm already paying for the unlimited photos plan, which I understand why it costs more, more pictures means more cellular data, but why are you charging more to unlock features on the device I already bought!?! Other than this greedy business practice, charging to unlock features, the app is fine. The cell service is great.

I have 12 cameras the App used to be great. It has gone down hill significantly. Lately it only uploads half of the HD pics and videos. I haven't been able to get the videos that it does upload to play without downloading them to my phone. $1200 dollars a year for service, I expect better. There are no refunds so once this year runs out I will probably switch to another brand of cameras.
