The website gives you the impression that when you sign up you schedule an appointment. But then when you log into the app that appointment isn't there, and the only times available are at 7:00 am. There's no way to cancel your subscription in app. You have to message someone and they're going to pressure you to not do it. This is the shadiest company I've ever signed up with. If it delivered anything that I promised that's a cool go for it but so far this is a total scam

Hi Rusty, thanks for writing. We're sorry to hear your experience with the app and cancelling. A release in May caused bugs in scheduling which we have since resolved. On principle, we have a flexible cancellation policy so we'll look into that for you. Again, thanks for leaving feedback. Patient experience is important to us and taken seriously.

This app is very easy to use. As a PT I use the app to see what my patients see when they're using it. It has some information and articles written by PTs, a list of "daily tasks" for people to complete so patients know what they need to do for their exercises or testing that day, and it has an easy to use chat where you can contact your PT any time with questions. It's also being updated regularly to work out the bugs, which makes it smoother and smoother everytime I use it.

This app helped me begin to get some pain problems under control during a time of high Covid transmission when I didn't want to go out for PT. Now that I could do that, I'm hooked on the benefit of doing PT in my own home, whenever I want, working with the same therapist to tweak and tailor exercises according to my abilities and goals. The app is easy to use and has added more features and improvements over time. The tech staff are very responsive to suggestions.
