Not great at communicating with clients whatsoever! The "free trial" is a joke. It takes most of the trial period to set up. I was given an incentive to try 100/monthly for 3 months and 150.00 each month after for a 6 month commitment. I finally decided to try the service and am then told the special was for Valentine's Day and it is over. No expiration was given on the offer I received. My concerns were dismissed by a cut and pasted response from their rep Daniya. Waste of my time!

The chat freezes. I've asked them to address it multiple times but it doesn't improve. Other then that it's very simple to use. But even now as I'm writing this there is this rotating circle as if it's trying to load. I'd like to efraine from giving it any stars until they fix it but I have to
