Zero support from their staff. I visited their service centre for a 45W charger as I lost my original one. First they said it is out of stock and they have to place an order. Then they said we will tell you the price you confirm it then we will order. Their service centre is 10kms away from my place. I travelled 3-4 times at their service centre and they always used to ignore it by giving some reasons.Whenever I used to call them they won't use to pick the call.Finally I got a duplicate charger.

I'm so disappointed with Carlcare services it's just that I couldn't give you guys a zero star.I just purchased my new infinix note 40 pro and few days later my phone was stolen and the next thing I saw on Google was that calrcare could help with interfacing with authority to track my lost phone. So what I couldn't understand is why those guys at Caxton house soo poor in handling their customers and why would calrcare lie on their website that they could offer tracking services?

I want to report a bug but every time I want to submit it always fails, I hope it will be fixed soon.There is a bug in the gallery and the volume always decreases even though the button is not pressed! xos 15 infinix gt 20 pro
