Just like everyone else. Can't log in after the merge. And found out I was paying for the premium account, But when I called Transunion directly , they have no record of me paying and said I had the basic free account. Someone was taking my money every month. Sounds like fraud to me. Oh and still haven't been reimbursed. stay away.

same as everyone else just says I'm suspended didn't do anything but freeze and check my credit. I'm guessing they don't know how properly migrate user accounts called customer service who says he doesn't see a block and my account is good to go but can't login .

I can no longer login! This is frustrating!
