The app is great for notifications etc. Timekeeping is another story though. An absolute nightmare. Every week when I try to upload a picture of my timecard, it either freezes (not often) or boots me off the app completely (weekly). I have to start the process all over again. This will happen at least 4-5 times before it is submitted. I've tried different days, times, and locations (for wifi) and it doesn't seem to make a difference. My submissions have been late a couple of times d/t this.

I don't like that I can't log my times as the day goes on, like I could before this overhaul, instead I have to wait til the end of my shift to log my times. So that's a little irritating. It also doesn't give notifications when a comment is required, you're jus prevented from submitting ur time so u kinda have to figure it out on ur own which is also annoying. It's a convenient way to send ur hours to the company but many updates are still necessary for user friendliness and efficiency.

it's all online. there is a person if you specifically request to speak to someone. a recruiter never calls you. you submit a request for interview but then you hear nothing. the process to apply for jobs is EXTREMELY long and you have to input everything including references before you can even apply for a job...a little backwards! then the interview requests just mysteriously disappear. not a fan.
