So many difficulties with the app. After a shift has been approved, there's no way to cancel it if you need to. The companies never respond to the text message feature. After you have worked a shift it disappears, and you can't find it. The price changes on a job but if you already picked it up you don't get the difference in pay. I worked a shift for $22 and seen the same shift still posted for $29.07 . Pay is supposed twice a week however it takes a least a week to get paid from one shift.

It's gotten better over time, but the filters are pretty terrible. There's no way to sort shifts chronologically so when I'm looking for a shift for today I have to look through basically all of the posted shifts. Very unorganized and makes it hard to find what you're looking for. The date filter also doesn't work. If I look for shifts between certain dates I still see shifts for other dates.

This app needs a lot of work. Concept is good but constantly having to compete for a shift is irritating. Doesn't have same day pay which is a little annoying because if we worked say monday thru Thursday we wouldn't be paid until the following week. Also it would be super nice to be notified in a timely and appropriate manner that we're getting scheduled or not instead of knowing at the last minute.
