A glorified timer that bombards you with ads at every opportunity. I'm so happy that my apartment laundry has increased in price so they can force me to use this app that approximately(!) shows how much time is left on my laundry in between ads....when it works. Half the time it forgets to track the time. I'd much rather use my credit card and set a timer manually, or even just glance at a clock. It would be cheaper and never serve me an ad.

Being shown pop up ads all the time, even after I scan my laundry machine QR code (forcing me to rescan the code after closing the ad) for a service we pay to use is just insulting. On top of that the app never saves my login info, making me sign in every time I use it. Payment system also doesn't seem the most secure, maybe that's just my feeling though.

Atrocious app/system. First, it requires location services for no apparent reason, and silently stays at the splash screen if you deny it. Then it requires contact info and credit card info (no autofill or gpay api, of course), which is a data leak waiting to happen. And **then** the bloody thing doesn't even work! Oh, and if it tells you that you can use Amex, it's lying.
