The 700 G1 were the best ones for sound and way more customizable for sound separation. I had 2 sets of G2 and they both broke on the left ear pieces. So I bought the G3 and now I can't get them to update even with both USB connected. The main one connects and disconnects repeatedly. The second one which I had never used won't even connect or power up. So now I can't update anything. Getting sick of the garbage from turtle beach. If they can't resolve this I will no longer be a customer.

I keep having to reconnect my headphones to the app which resets everything I've changed. And its super annoying to call someone and hear find out the mic monitoring is somehow back on when you've turned it off on 5 separate occasions, and yes, i had both dongles connected and have installed the firmware update. Can't say all bad reviews are because of that

I purchased the Stealth 700 Gen 3 headset for Xbox, which is also said to be compatible with PC. While everything else works well, I'm unable to control the game and chat volumes individually. The headset features a second volume wheel to prioritize game or chat audio, but this function does not work on PC at all. I've been in touch with Turtle Beach tech support for a week, but they haven't provided a solution yet, and my return deadline is in two days, so I guess I’ll be getting back my $218
