I recently downloaded the Turtle Jack's app as recommended by our server to earn points and rewards. Initially, it seemed like a great idea—who doesn’t like perks for dining? But my excitement quickly turned to frustration when I realized you cannot sign up without providing your date of birth. This is a hard no for me. There is absolutely no reason Turtle Jack’s needs my birth date to enroll me in a rewards program. This feels like an unnecessary data grab for statistics or marketing purposes,

Support got back to me and manually added my points. Hope the app gets fixed and that the scanning of my receipt will work next time Had drinks at Turtle Jack's Niagara on Nov 1st around 130pm. App still says "oops we're having problems finding your check". Totally useless app to earn points

Amazing, everything we have tried has been amazingly delicious. Always welcoming and exuberant to talk. So busy every table full and reservations coming in. People enjoying themselves and hanging out longer drinking and talking. Food is exceptional and presented well. Will be back.
