used to work but last update messed it all up. now can't see billing because of errors & error in report a problem area so can't report there. 🤦🏻‍♀️ How am I supposed to make easy payments when app isn't working. Guess back to old write a check and mail it in 🤷🏻‍♀️

app is awful tons of errors. you would for what they charge to process the payment they could get a better app.

As others have stated, the app simply does not work. I was able to log in, but couldn't add a utilities account. It just times out. I was able to add it from the web UI, and then clicked it in the app, but then it just disappeared again. The app needs a serious development overhaul.
