Ratings and reviews

Was good service, bad app. Now they have overly high fees if you can't make it to a class. made a beta app for a year or more now that hides the bad ratings for the bad app but isn't any better, mabye even worse . It's so hard to filter and search for classes nearby. I had enjoyed them but it is getting less and less. They also force fees and contracts after Corona with no way to cancel. They only respond to ratings in the app store but not actual private messages.

Even after using the app for almost a year, the UI experience remains horrible. I really thought to get used to that, but no... impossible. In particular, the filter function is a mess. Basic options like "show only favorites on the map," "show only locations with classes today," or "show only course bookable through the app" are not available. One literally has to click through every location one by one just in order to see this info. I hope so much that they build a new app from scratch!

One of the worst apps I ever had to use. For most venues there're no classes shown and you have to go to each and every website of the venue to see their times and classes. The search engine itself also is quite laughable. And on top of it all the app has many bugs and as you can see by the reviews these problems have existed for a long time and urban sports simply doesn't care. It's also unfortunate that there is no other way to check in except with a QR code as I, for one, have no mobile data.
