Ratings and reviews

Takes 15-20 minutes to run a "All Systems Diagnostic" compared to a minute or two with other scanners. And takes at least a minute or two to decode the VIN which is required anytime you want to do anything. It's $15/year for one car and all of the "Maintenance Functions" like TPMS, AFS, Injectors, etc. are $10 each for one car. While this device does reveal the most information about codes for my Audi, compared to other devices, it simply takes far too long to do so.

App will not connect to device. I've been wasting time with customer service instead of being able to diagnose my car. They don't seem to have very goos customer service skills either, as they want me to install a firmware update(which requires a bluetooth connection) when they know the device isn't connecting to the app. Terrible experience overall.

I've had my plug-in for about 2years now an was very upset when it became non-compatible with android 12. But sense the updates the app and device have worked out perfectly for me. This is a great tool for professionals and non-professionals alike. Ive had some connection issues and app crashing on me at times but was quick to learn I had to many apps running or battery was low. Go ól force stop of apps and a decently charged fixes those issues every time.
