About this app

MUCAR, an innovative vehicle diagnostic tool, is specially
designed for repair technicians, small and medium-sized repair
shops, and DIYers, to achieve the original manufacturer level
diagnostic performance. It supports more than 100 vehicle
brands of diagnostic services, including 15 special maintenance
reset functions. MUCAR is as good as those comprehensive
diagnostic equipment costed thousands of dollars.

MUCAR is also an intelligent diagnostic device. Connecting with
smartphone via Bluetooth, MUCAR is controlled to work by APP.
In the APP, there is a diagnostic software store, and users can
purchase diagnostic software according to their needs through
subscription. In addition, MUCAR also has a remote diagnostic
technician side service that quickly connects to ThinkDiag owners to
provide advice and guide repairs.

App has a hard time connecting to the Bluetooth at times but he usually will connect it just requires some finagling I'm a mechanic and I'm working a lot of different vehicles and it tends to not want to connect to early model Dodge vehicles at all and there's nothing that I've been able to find that will get around that On newer Vehicles it doesn't seem to have so many problems. For what it's worth, the vehicles that it does connect to, it does well

Not as many bi-directional choices for my vehicle as I would like. Examples: no horn, locks or light controls. This app also doesn't install on my new Android tablet. It would be great to have it all working on a larger display like my tablet. Otherwise, it seems to detect the modules in my vehicle and read data from all of the sensors in real time. It does much more than other OBD scanner that I have bought at about the same price. It is a good starter scanner.

Bought their dongle for programming Injectors. apparently, the "J" symbol is not allowed to be used, despite the fact I had plenty of Js in my injector codes. 2 weeks later their customer support still chase me to create ticket about the problem instead of them for their engineers, even though I have already sent them pictures of my injectors, codes and their screen where it clearly says that J is not allowed in their software. How many more feedbacks should give to them to fix obvious problem?
