I thought I had found a great passive income app - installed in the phone and forget it unless you are alerted to a possible survey opportunity. easy! all was great until last week. I decided to login to see how many points I had and it stated that my account was under review for a potential breach of their terms. I literally only log into the account to check my points. so I emailed and was told the account was fine. Not two weeks later and same error. does it do this every two weeks?

I have been locked out of my account for almost a month now. I've reached out to customer support several times and they say the same thing. Create a new account and we will switch your points over. Did that and it just says "The introduced code is incorrect" But it's absolutely the code I'm being given because I copy and paste.

Before the update, this was a really solid app. I mean, every now & then there'd be an error. Now it's become much, much worse. It's moved to a tier system. Which may not sound that bad, but when it's contingent on. Tracking your info every day, that's where the issue arises. The app continuously disconnects the accessibility settings you've enabled. Making it almost impossible to get out of the basic tier. Meaning, rather than earning 3-15 points. You're stuck earning 1 point every day.
