I have had to reset the app several times, when personalise workouts. I have yet to test it how to add or remove sets from each microcycle. For instance I may want to perform 2 sets in the 15s, 3 sets in the 10 and 5 sets in the 5s. Also I think that the app doesn't take into account, the zig-zag/overlap loads. We will often end up using the same loads from the 15s in the 10s and the 10s in the 5s, as well! The recommendation is repeating some weights, but the app seems to ignore all these.

it would be much better if the app allowed you to edit your cycle settings after creating an HST cycle. Also, being able to create two HST workout lists to alternate between day 1 Day 2 and day 3 within a given week. And just as important, if there was a menu to be able to get into each feature without touring so much to find out how to get in a particular feature.

After reading the negative reviews I was apprehensive but thought I'll at least try free version to test out the features. I am impressed and it seems like the dev has been listening. Being a seasoned HST follower this is perfect for me and for the small cost of pro version it's well worth the price.
