I wish I didn't update August 21,2117. The runs are longer,as the app comes to a close. I am a newer runner, I actually did the couch to 5 k,10 k and nine weeks of this one running in place. I repeated week 9,started running outside for movement.Before the update the goals and time was within my time budget, I am going to have to find ways to downsize the last few weeks.I am not sure if I will repeat this app or look for a new running app, I am on week 16.
Easy to use app did the 5k one and I'd nvr ran before ..im 53 and I'm now doing the 10k programme.. I've also got the 21k hoping to do my first half marathon in march.. love these apps
Gps does not seem to work. Everything else it is ok.
This app doesn't seem to go beyond running for an hour - the final week is run/walk 12min/1min x4, and that's it. I don't understand how this prepares me for a half marathon when it's the same prep as for the 10k app? It's a shame, because I used the 5k and 10k and loved them.
I am not sure if this is possible on the app, but I would like to be able to review my run/walk and edit distances I have run on a treadmill. I also dont like that the gps notification stays on screen through the whole run/walk. It covers half the screen. Otherwise I am happy with this so far
We've listened to your feedback! The length of training sessions has been increased to better prepare you for half marathon distances.
