Unnecessary added security. I securely log in, and then if transferring within your own accounts, you have to enter two more types of security information. Also, the business interface is much different. The inconsistent web design is annoying. Plus, the app is frequently down. It would be nice if Village Bank would use an app for the 21st century instead of an antiquated, old technology. Let's also add the program will not remember you despite checking the box to do so EVERYTIME YOU LOGIN!!!!

Easy to quick check balances and recent changes. Love the mobile app for depositing checks W/o going to the bank.! Transfers from other accounts when needed are easy. Big plus are the people working at Village Bank that help you when you need them. Love my bank!!!!

Everything was fine until it locked me out of my account and I didnt know it was locked. I just thought I had a wifi issue since I wasn't home. Ended up having 2 overdraft fees and now have to deal with that.
