Ratings and reviews

Not as good as the Amber Cars app, jumps all over the place ending up with a different address to what I typed in.. They should make the collection and destination boxes larger as they are very hard to see for people with poor eyesight. Also on opening the app I do not expect an address in another part if the country to be in the pick up box. I have never used an app as complicated as this one. Bring back the Amber App or back to Uber.

App seems to work perfectly fine, like the addition of being able to add favourite locations too. Reason for a 3 star review? Notifications. During my trip I received a notification roughly every 20 seconds. Update: had to reduce rating as app is useless for anyone needing to use this app to claim expenses. You can't access any previous trips (except the last one) meaning I can't provide a receipt for work, and Veezu only provide receipts for pre-bookings. I'll go back to Uber.

App does not understand timezones. Booked an airport pickup from UK airport while in Germany (+1 hour ahead) and set the pickup time for 20:30. On arrival in UK saw the taxi had been booked for 19:30! Luckily I'd given the flight number so the driver could track my flight and NOT arrive an hour too early. Could be a problem for a booking from a much further away timezone and end up on the wrong day!!!! For a travel app this should be an obvious use case?

What's new

We've added the ability to change the payment method on a booking after you've placed it. We've also squashed a couple bugs. We're always working hard to improve your experience using the Veezu app.
