Just updated, so will adjust my review if anything changes, but this app is terrible...there is no normal way to get to your tickets! The app freezes and says session ended, need to sign back in, or something like that, then I have to restart my phone and start over, usually after about 10 tries, I can access 1 ticket and get it into wallet, then must start over to access my other ticket..app freezes, restart my phone, etc! There is no way to transfer a ticket to anyone...absolutely the worst!

This app has been unusable for at least two months. Signing in doesn't work anymore, so you can't access tickets. And yet, every email I get for upcoming shows reminds me to "download the app". Pretty embarrassing that the team running this are completely unaware that it hasn't worked for the past two months. Please fix the app or stop pushing it and make it easier to add tickets to GPay. You can't have it both ways.

Agree with other reviewers. It's used rarely enough that any attempt to get a ticket takes you to a "session expired"screen that locks the app. You have to force close it, then re-login (see other reviews). If you forget your password, and try to change it through the app, it'll tell you you're no longer authorized to get to the login screen. I had to uninstall/reinstall to get past that. If you can't make an app that works, don't require that we use it. Go back to paper tickets!
