Not a big fan. For our installation, the Bluetooth Unlock works well on 2 of 3 doors, and very poorly on the third, which just happens to be our main entrance; daily aggravation ensues. My main complaints about this app are A) it doesn't start automatically and B) it doesn't stay running. I have another app that without these issue, so why can't Verkada do it too? I have more words to share, but not enough characters left to write them in this review.

Edit: app started working normally. Updated to 3 star. App is completely blank / black after logging in. Issue reporting doesn't work. This is probably the poorest designed app I have ever used, since Android 1.5; no error handling and probably very poor QA if this happens on a stable release. I'll update my rating if fixes come thru but... Also, why on earth would you use bluetooth stack for presence authentication. It is an unreliable technology outside of the handsfree/audio profiles.

The Apple version of this app is far better developed, and proximity unlock actually WORKS. The Android version is very slow to read, doesn't update location fast enough, isn't even able to remember approximate locations, making basement access nearly impossible with geofencing on, and most of the time I just give up and remote unlock from the app instead. All of which are no problem at all on the Apple version. Fix this!
