09/03/25 - Now I have to close and reopen the app every time I use it, otherwise the app just cycles showing that all doors are unlocked, when they're actually not. This app is ridiculously terrible and the developers know it. 😐 08/05/25 - App doesn't give an option to sort your starred doors. I use multiple doors throughout the day and have to scroll alphabetically to find the right door each time. This is a waste of time. Give the user the option to sort starred doors!

this was sold to us to be this smooth system, which it is not. It doesn't work well unless it is running in the background which kills your battery. The range from which you have to be from the device varies by the time of day. The door bell is supposed to ring through to your phone but often doesn't and there is no volume control on the device either which is extremely loud. App screen has an inconsistent displaying the intercoms & office doors where you can't unlock them, etc. Very buggy

Very regularly doesn't work. I'll be right next to a reader, and it's not detected as nearby. The only thing that reliably works is restarting my phone -- it's really fun waiting 2-3 minutes to get into the elevators. This app is the reason that I'm not gonna renew my lease. Great when it actually works... but that's only about 25% of the time, so two stars is already generous.
